Well I got suspended from Twitter for going on 9 days now. Never got one response from their “Support”. Just a standard auto response the first day saying we are looking into your account. Then nothing. No matter how many requests for help I sent.. Nada…
Then after reading on www.getsatisfaction.com that I was not alone and the only way to resolve this was to create a “ghost” account and send in another support ticket. It said they respond to active accounts rather quickly.
Well guess what?
I created A “Ghost” account this morning and sent in a support request to fix my original account.
And guess what?
Within 30 minutes of the creation of my “ghost” account and sending in the request from there for help for my old account.
It was “MAGICALLY” restored.
Again without so much as a “Sorry, Fuck you we are busy, Who are you again to demand help”?
Oh well at least I and my Red are back in Twitter land again…
